How Long Have You Been In Business?

We are a premiere event service that officially became an LLC three years ago, but I have been doing this work for over 30 years because I enjoy seeing a plan come together and the satisfaction of my clients! I enjoy and partake in the energy and merriment of our client events. Whether a small event or a large event, we are dedicated to giving our all to make your event seamless and extraordinary!

What Services Do You Provide?

We offer full-service event services from planning, wedding coordinating and decorating, set up and tear down, waitstaff, catering assistance, bartending, coat check, registration, and any additional duties that the client may request.

What Are The Fees? How Many Servers & Bartenders Will I Need For An Event With 120 Guests?
 

Typical Wedding Package: 

120 guests

6 hours

4 servers

1 bartender and 1 bar back

Cost - $2,000*

(*price may vary depending on the type of food service and other tasks assigned; includes minimum gratuity)

 

The general rule of thumb is 1 server for every 25 guests and 1 bartender for every 75 guests. The number of servers will need to be increased if you are planning a plated dinner. And if you are having multiple specialty drinks, you will need a bartender and a bar back to ensure that your guests get served promptly. Additional charges may also be incurred due to the tasks that need to be done. We require a 50% deposit. 

Where Are You Located & How Far Do You Travel?

We’re located in the Seattle area, and we generally travel within a 50-mile radius. We have done events in Bellingham, Centralia, Black Diamond, Snohomish, North Bend, etc. A travel fee is charged for areas that are more than one hour in one direction. We may be available for events in Portland or California, but I would need to be contacted to include travel in your quote.

How Many People Are On Your Staff?

We have 12 members. I am usually on-site for first-time clients; I want to ensure that your plans are fully executed without any mishaps.

How Far in Advance Should I Book My Event?

We have several clients who book the same day (Sea Fair and Thanksgiving Eve) a year in advance. Summer is our busiest season due to weddings. Our calendar fills up quickly (especially in the summer months) so the sooner you contact us, the sooner I can reserve your spot.
